Do you work outside the US?
Yes. Our main focus is the Caribbean and abroad, and we take select US projects.
Are you licensed to build abroad?
Our construction company is licensed in the United States. Abroad, we act as your owner’s rep. Any work that needs a local license or permit is done by vetted local licensed contractors and partners, and we manage them for you.
Do you need work permits?
We check each country’s rules before every project and structure our work to comply.
How does pricing work?
Upfront pricing — quoted before we start, every receipt shared. No hidden markups.
Who pays for travel?
Travel is quoted separately and shown up front.
How long is a contract?
Assessments take about one week on site. Setup & Rescue runs weeks, not years, with an end date in writing.
Do you only do luxury?
No. Luxury to affordable, with the scope sized to your property.
Do you work with brokers and property managers?
Yes. Ask about referral partnerships.
Can you keep managing it after you leave?
Yes, through Remote Oversight.
